New to Knowledge Exchange Induction Programme

There is increasing importance in supporting academic staff to create impact through knowledge exchange activities. Having an overview of the policy drivers, academic motivations and modes of Knowledge Exchange are essential in supporting academics to increase impact and diversify income streams, and making your more successful in your first Knowledge Exhcange role. This course will introduce you to the KE landscape providing you with a firm foundation of knowledge, resources, tips and insights across everything you need to support the wider KE context, working with stakeholders, understanding commercialisation in al its forms and how to communicate innovation. The induction programme runs over 6 months, with face to face and online sessions. Delegates will also be matched with a certified KEUK mentor, someone working in KE for that extra support - everything you need to feel confident in a new role in an unfamiliar sector.
