This month, we have some really exciting news about how we are empowering our ESRC supported Community of Practice for Arts, Humanities and Social Science Commercialisation/ Social Venture Building.
Survey
Our CoP voice survey is gathering some useful insights into what is happening across the UK in this area, as well as what people need to see in terms of peer-peer support, training, signposting and future personal development. Make sure you are a leading part of the CoP’s future here.
In-Person Events
It is going to be a roadshow month as we take the CoP across the UK and hold our meets face-to-face in Leeds, Edinburgh, Luton and Bristol. These will be more than our online meets, there will be a chance to network with a wider set of stakeholders and talk about what governance looks like as we build more ways that our support and advocacy for effective, impactful work continues to grow. Find your closest event (all free) here.
Free Conference Tickets
It has been really encouraging to see the high volume of submissions to our conference be focused on this topic this year. A testament to the scale of the change we are a part of it is vital that CoP members continue to get sector-wide recognition of our work in events like this.
If you are signed up to the CoP mailing list and filled out our voice survey, then you will be considered for one of the five FREE tickets we are giving out to CoP members to have AHSS/SVB be a part of any conversation about the future of our sector. Make sure you are part of the CoP, complete the survey and register your interest for a free ticket here, and you could be joining us for FREE underneath the Blackpool Lights!
Spring is here, and we have an exciting year ahead of us. I can’t wait to see you all in person soon!
