PraxisUnico and RCUK are working together to celebrate the achievements of Knowledge Exchange and Commercialisation (KEC) professionals.
The awards recognise the important contribution made by KEC professionals working with researchers in turning excellent research or capabilities into real-life benefits and enables the sharing of best practice in KEC amongst the communities served by the Research Councils and PraxisUnico.
There are four categories of award:
Contribution to Business
Contribution to Society
Outstanding KEC Initiative
International award
Teams (or individuals) must complete an online entry form on the Impact Awards website.
The overall competition winner will be drawn from the first three categories and the competition winner will be awarded 'KEC team of the year' and will receive £50,000 award money. Only those institutions eligible to receive RCUK funding are eligible to receive the monetary award.
