We are: Experiencing an exciting period of development in our Research & Knowledge Exchange Directorate. As part of the implementation of the RCS Engagement & Creative Economy Action Plan, we are looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented person who will focus on a new workstream supporting RCS staff to capture their external Engagement activity on PURE, the Conservatoire’s Research and Engagement Information Management System.
You will be: Passionate & knowledgeable about RCS and its mission. Someone who has extensive client or customer facing service provision experience. Able to demonstrate experience in data gathering, reporting and database management.
You should: Have a degree or equivalent and ideally project management qualifications/training. Be confident working under pressure, have creative verbal and written skills for a range of audiences and excellent IT skills. Strong interpersonal skills, including tact and diplomacy.
